Rooms blocked off for SMRC guests are held until one month prior to tour date. Reservations made after this date will be at group rates on space available basis only. On Friday morning, we meet and depart from the InnSuites Hotel at 8:00 a.m. Participants from Green Valley may be picked up by Compass Bank on Esperanza Blvd. If you are interested in participating in one of these tours, please complete the enclosed enrollment form and return it with a deposit of $100 per person. Once committed to your participation, the refund policy is: Fifty dollars ($50) of each person's deposit is non-refundable; any amount over fifty dollars will be refunded if the reservation is canceled more than two months prior to departure. If it is necessary to cancel the tour, the entire amount of each deposit will be refunded without penalty. Upon receiving your final payment, a second letter will be sent giving complete details of the tours along with a suggested reading list. Participants receive a copy of the book, THE PIMERIA ALTA: MISSIONS AND MORE, which has detailed information about each mission as well as about the region's natural history, and contemporary people.
